All of my classes are posted weeks or months ahead of schedule. Since seating for classes is limited to 12 students, early registration is encouraged. You may hold your place in class with a $50.00 deposit.
If you cancel your reservation for a class 10-20 days prior to that class, you will have the option to receive a full refund, or use that deposit for a class later in the course season.
Cancellations 9 days or less before class are non-refundable.
I do not encourage drop-in students, because I may not have a seat or course materials for you! If the class is 3 days away and you are still undecided about whether you are going to take my course, please call me to see if there are any seats available. Remember, a student forfeits their deposit, if they cancel within 9 days or less of the day of the class.
Take Three, Get the 3rd class at 10% off For those students who enjoy my classes and want to take more than one in the same year, there is a 10% discount on the third class. Remember the third course must be taken in the same year and paid for in full, to get the discount. This discount is not transferrable. No refunds are exchanges given if you cancel 9 days or less prior to the start of the 3rd class. Please email or call me before registering for class #3 so that I can give you the discount code to use at checkout.

Refer a friend, get $5.00 off your next class or product purchase
For those students who refer another student for my classes and that student registers and takes my class, I offer a $5.00 off certificate for a class within that same fiscal year, or $5.00 off any product that Aroma-Therapeutics offers on the web-store. This does not include the Ancient Legacy Essential Oils or the Market America products. The certificate will be valid after the referred student completes the course, and is valid only for
6 months after the completed course date.
