What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is the massaging of specific areas of the hands and the feet in a pain-free manner, for the purpose of promoting stress and pain relief. Each reflex point on the hands and feet correspond with specific areas of the body.
Reflexology naturally increases energy levels and regulates bodily functions of the digestive, endocrine, respiratory, lymphatic, excretory and skeletal systems.
When used in the proper formulations, essential oils together with Reflexology have been found helpful in helping persons that suffer from stress, sinus infections, weight issues, muscle and joint pain, arthritis, PMS, fibromyalgia, and constipation, to name a few.
Beginning Egyptian Reflexology Level One
This is a basic, beginning course of hand and foot reflexology that is open to anyone wanting to learn this complimentary alternative method that promotes stress relief and relaxation. Students will learn how to complete a reflexology session on the hands and feet, using the painless, Egyptian Reflexology Method.
Course Objectives: Students will understand the basic history, anatomy and Zone theories used in the application of the Egyptian Reflexology Method. Students will learn how to complete a standard reflexology treatment, identify areas of stress, and promote relaxation by use of essential oils and contact with the systems of the body, through the hands and feet. Advanced Reflexology, Level Two
This is an advanced course of hand and foot reflexology that is open by invitation only, for those students that have successfully completed the Level One and Internship Phase of the Level One Beginning Reflexology Course. Students will continue to advance their expertise in hand and foot reflexology as well as expand their knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to better understand some of the most common ailments that reflexologists see in their daily practice.
Course Objectives: Students will understand the advanced anatomy and body systems. Students will learn how to complete an advanced reflexology treatment using clay, essential oils and energetic techniques. Each student will learn how to start, promote and advertise a reflexology business. Course fee includes a 75 page book.

This class encourages those to attend that have at least a basic knowledge of reflexology. Understanding the important link between the feet and the corresponding reflex areas of the intestines will be taught.
